Soil Global's 5-tier revenue share model lets you earn from agents you recruit. It's inspired by eXp Realty's proven structure — but it's never the main event. Referral commissions are how you earn. This is the bonus.
How Revenue Share Works
When a deal closes, Soil Global collects 5% of the referral fee as a company fee. A portion of that 5% flows into the revenue share pool and is distributed across 5 tiers based on who recruited whom.
What You Need to Know
It's revenue sharing, not recruiting.
Recruitment schemes make money from sign-ups. We make money from actual real estate transactions — real closings, real commissions, real homes changing hands. Revenue share is a bonus, not the business model. You can earn $10K/year in referral commissions without ever sponsoring a single agent.
It's optional.
Most Level 1 agents never recruit anyone. They earn 100% of their income from referral commissions. Revenue share exists for agents who want to build a team or organization, but there's zero pressure to participate.
It's proven.
This model is inspired by eXp Realty, which grew from 0 to 89,000+ agents largely because of revenue share. The structure is well-tested in the real estate industry and operates within all regulatory guidelines.
It compounds.
Unlike referral commissions (which require your ongoing network), revenue share grows as your organization grows. Recruit 5 agents who each recruit 5 — you now have 30 people generating revenue share for you. It's the closest thing to passive income in real estate.
Revenue share estimates are illustrative and based on assumptions about agent productivity and referral volume. Actual revenue share income depends on the number and productivity of agents in your organization. Revenue share is paid from the company's 5% fee on referral transactions. Not a guarantee of income.
