What happens if Soil Global shuts down or gets acquired?

If Soil Global were to close, your license would need to transfer to another brokerage — the same as with any brokerage closure. Your contacts, relationships, and earned commissions belong to you. Any pending referral commissions would be paid according to the existing referral agreements.

Revenue share positions would end. This risk exists with any brokerage, which is why we operate conservatively and transparently.
