How does the international referral process work?

The process is identical to a domestic referral. You submit the referral through your dashboard or landing page, and our concierge specialist team takes over.

We interview the client to understand their needs — property type, location, budget, timeline — and match them with a vetted agent in that market.

Because our founder Aaron Cuha has personally coached top teams in Sydney, Lisbon, Prague, Cabo San Lucas, and many other international markets through the Tom Ferry ecosystem, we have direct personal relationships with the best agents worldwide.

The referral agreement is signed, the transaction proceeds, and you get paid when it closes.
