Do I have to do any selling, showings, or open houses?

No. Level 1 agents are strictly referral-only. You don't show properties, hold open houses, write contracts, attend closings, or negotiate on behalf of clients. Your only job is to connect people who need an agent with our network.

We handle everything else — matching, follow-up, paperwork, and transaction management.
