At most referral companies, you submit a name and number into a form, and it disappears into a black hole. Maybe someone follows up. Maybe they don't. You have no idea what happens to your referral — until a check shows up months later (or doesn't). That's not how Soil Global works.

Our concierge referral team is the backbone of everything we do. These are trained real estate referral specialists — not call center agents reading scripts. They understand real estate transactions, market dynamics, and what makes a great agent-client match. Every referral you submit is personally managed by a specialist from the moment it arrives until the deal closes and you're paid.

Here's what happens when you submit a referral. Within 24 hours, a concierge specialist contacts your referral and conducts a detailed client interview. They ask about property type and price range, preferred neighborhoods and location requirements, timeline and urgency, special needs like language preferences, accessibility requirements, investment vs. primary residence goals, communication preferences, and any past real estate experiences (good or bad) that should inform the agent match.

Based on this interview, our team selects 2–3 top agents from our vetted network who specialize in that exact market and property type. These aren't random assignments. If your referral is a first-time buyer in Atlanta who speaks Spanish and wants a patient, educational approach, we'll find agents who match every single one of those criteria. If they're a seasoned investor looking for multi-family properties in South Florida, we match accordingly.

The client gets to choose their agent. We present each agent's credentials, track record, specialties, and communication style. The client picks the agent they feel most comfortable with. This isn't a take-it-or-leave-it situation — it's a curated selection designed for the best possible experience.

Once the client selects an agent, our team facilitates the introduction and ensures the referral agreement is signed by both brokerages. Then comes the part that makes Soil Global different from everyone else: we don't disappear. Our concierge team actively monitors the transaction and sends you milestone updates at every stage — initial consultation completed, property search active, offer submitted, under contract, inspection cleared, appraisal done, closing scheduled, and deal closed.

If the client is unhappy with their matched agent at any point, they can contact our team and we'll reassign them immediately. Client satisfaction is non-negotiable — a bad experience hurts your reputation and ours. Our team checks in with the client after the initial consultation to make sure it's a good fit. If there's any friction, we address it before it becomes a problem.

When the deal finally closes, the referral fee is paid brokerage-to-brokerage (not agent-to-agent), which means the receiving agent's brokerage is contractually obligated to pay. Your commission is processed and deposited within 5 business days. You're never left chasing money or wondering what happened to your referral.
